The quiz for the Chapter 20 Reading Guide on Slavery is due TONIGHT by midnight.

DBQ:  Today, you will be writing the DBQ Mel-Con in class.

Review for Unit 6 Test.  There is also a review guide with all of the terms.

Lecture:  The Significance of Exploration

Tomorrow, by midnight, you need to complete the Exploration Quiz or turn in the RG for Exploration (Chapters 19 & 20).  Also, you need to have your map from yesterday completed for tomorrow.

Start reading Chapters 19 and 20.  (Pages 529-541 and p. 553-559).  Complete the reading guide and/or take the quiz by Sunday night, February 16.

Wednesday, February 12

Lecture:  The Age of Exploration.  This lecture will include a notesheet. Make sure you bring it everyday.

Continue reading Chapter 19 and 20.  Quiz is due by Thursday night.

Tuesday, February 4

Martin Luther Reading and MelCon.  In a book entitled,  The 100: A Ranking of the Most Influential Persons in History Martin Luther is ranked #25.  You will read the chapter and write a MelCon explaining the reasons you think Martin Luther should be ranked as one of the most influential people in history.  This will be due at the end of the period.

Wednesday, February 5

Lecture:  The Reformation Continues

Make sure you read p. 488-494.  The quiz is due TONIGHT by midnight.  Or, complete the reading guide.

Thursday, February 6

Friday, February 7

Finish Reformation.  Review for test by completing a Renaissance and Reformation word scramble.
